I have been back in the states for almost an entire year. whoa! Saw this picture this morning and it made me miss my cooking over fire days in the cook house. Although, my set-up only consisted of three stones so it was a one pan cooking arrangement and accompanied by the little voices of Ossie and Promise asking "finish?" "arish finish?" in sheer anticipation of second dinner.
